CrazyKosher.com is the easiest and fastest way to order kosher food online. We are currently servicing restaurants in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Teaneck, Long Island (5 Towns), and Queens.
Why should I use CrazyKosher.com?
CrazyKosher.com is simple (many restaurant's menus in one click), fast (no waiting on hold, re-order your favorite orders, quick searches, sorts and filters), and fun (something always to talk about, our mascot changes with the seasons, earn crazy dollars, etc.)! By using CrazyKosher.com, you will learn the benefits of a quick online shopping center, and you will gain valuable time from the quick and easy features custom made for the kosher restaurant market.
Does it cost any money?
No! it is absolutely free to use CrazyKosher.com. The prices on our site are the same prices provided to us by the restaurants on their printed menus. Minimum orders and delivery fees are determined by each participating restaurant.
Where can I use CrazyKosher.com?
CrazyKosher.com is available in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Teaneck and the Catskills. We are currently working with many more restaurants in these areas, and while you may not find the restaurant you are looking for now, be sure that we are making every effort to sign up every restaurant in these areas. If you have any restaurants you would like to see on our site that have not signed up yet, Click here to request a restaurant, and we will go to that restaurant to try and sign them up. Additionally, we will be expanding our service throughout the United States, so stay tuned for more locations. Now, when you travel anywhere in the United States, you can order your kosher food from the same site that you use in your homes and offices!
Why should I order online?
We developed this site to provide customers with a secure, speedy and a user friendly method to place orders with kosher restaurants. Our experience with phone ordering miscommunications, inability to reach stores during busy hours, illegible fax orders, and other factors persuaded us to invest in this state of the art online ordering system. This is the first system of its kind that connects you, the customer, straight to the kitchens of so many kosher restaurants without any human interference. In this site, you can see descriptions of each item, as you would on the store's menus, see Kosher Certifications and Standards, view pictures of dishes, and get a choice of kosher restaurants in which you can't get anywhere else. We invested in the highest security certificates to ensure proper security and protection of your personal information. This and much more was done to enhance the way in which customers order food. We are certain that once you use it, CrazyKosher.com will become your home for food ordering.
How do I place an order?
Ordering from CrazyKosher is a simple, 4-step process:
1) Set Order Information:
Select Delivery or Pickup: choose where you want to eat, at the restaurant, or in your home/office.
Select Date of order: select the date you wish to have this meal.
Select Time of order: select the time you would like to pickup/have delivered your order.
Enter your address for delivery orders: enter the address you wish the store to bring the order to, or where you are so we can tell you which stores are open at the requested times.
2) Choose Restaurant:
Once you have entered all the above information, we will figure out which restaurants are open for pickup/delivery at the day and time of your order, in the zone that delivers to you or is close to you for pickup. Once pressing View Restaurants, a listing of restaurants that fit YOUR criteria will appear. Simply browse the restaurants, sort them by your preferences, and select the restaurant that you want to order from.
3) Order:
Once you select the restaurant of your choice, the menu will appear, and you can begin placing your order, as if you were in the store! It's that simple!
4) Checkout:
Enter payment information, confirm order, and you are done!
Is it safe to order online with my credit card?
Absolutely! We use the latest and most secure 128 bit SSL Certificate for privacy protection. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
What type of Kashrut Supervision do you use?
CrazyKosher.com does not take responsibility for the kashrut of our establishments. We will provide for you all the relevant kashrus information for each restaurant/caterer that they provide for us, and it is subject to your personal standards if you would like to order from that store. It is up to the discretion of the user to choose stores based on the Kosher Standards of that store. We will make every effort to provide as much Kosher information as possible. How do I pay for my order?
CrazyKosher.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can choose to securely save your credit card online for future use, and we will alert you when the card is expiring to update your card. It is recommended to tip the driver for all delivery orders.
Can I place an order for a later date?
Of course! When you begin your order, just enter the date you would like to place the order, and the restaurant will get a notification on the order as well as a reminder on the day you want the order for.
Can I change/Cancel an order already placed? What is your return policy?
CrazyKosher.com has the following return policy. If you want to change or cancel a placed order, first call the restaurant ASAP, and if possible, please call or email us as well. The restaurant's phone number is on the top of your confirmation email. We will try to accommodate your request, provided that the order has not left the premises of the restaurant already. We are unable to process substitutions, modifications or cancellation on line. Again, once you place an order, if you need to change, modify or would like to cancel the order, please first call the restaurant. If the order has not yet been processed (cooked, sent, delivered, etc.) then the restaurant will cancel/change/modify your order and contact us, CrazyKosher.com, with those corrections. You can also contact us at 718-233-3478 or customerservice@crazykosher.com with these changes. We will then contact the restaurant to confirm.
How do I know that the restaurant received the order?
Simply check your email account that you have used to register. Our service will automatically send you a confirmation email with your order, order number, time you placed the order and time you want the order delivered/picked up, as soon as the order prints in the store, which is usually within 60 seconds of you placing the order. Additionally, the order will have the phone number of the restaurant you ordered from, should you need to call them for anything.
What happens if I didn't receive an email confirmation?
Firstly, check to make sure that your mail server allows outside emails to go to your email address. Then check your spam folder, as sometimes email confirmations may end up in a spam folder. Lastly, always feel free to contact customerservice@crazykosher.com any time and we will check the status of your order for you. Lastly, you can check your order history, and see if the order status is pending or printed.
Who do I call if I have a question about my order?
If you received your delivery and there appears to be a problem with your order, please contact the restaurant directly for immediate help. The restaurant's phone number is provided with your email confirmation and on the Restaurant page of the Website. Of course, CrazyKosher.com's customer service representatives are always standing by to help. You may contact us through email by replying to your order email confirmation or by calling 718-233-3478.
When is my credit card charged?
CrazyKosher.com charges the credit card 5-10 minutes after the order printed in the store, ensuring that any mistakes/corrections are handled before the card is charged.
Can I have more than one email address with the same account?
No. We are sorry, but our registration and logging is done using your email address, thus limiting it to one email address per customer.
Why should I use CrazyKosher more than a restaurant's own website?
It is true that some restaurants on our service have their own online ordering websites. While we will never tell you that you are losing out by ordering directly from a restaurant's website, we can tell you the benefits of CrazyKosher in comparison. By using CrazyKosher, you are becoming a member of a fast growing network that is a central location for many restaurants, giving you the variety of not one but many choices for your consumption.
